Men's Club
The name of the Organization has been established as "St. John of Rochester Men's Club or SJR M.O. or SJR Men's Group or St. John of Rochester Men's Club Organization."
Article II - Membership
Any male person of the age eighteen (18) years or older, who is a member or the spouse of a member of the parish of St. John of Rochester, shall be eligible for membership in this Organization. Any exception to membership would require approval of the Executive Board.
Article III - Purpose
The purpose of this Organization shall be as follows:
- Strengthen the spiritual fitness of the membership
- Promote, develop, and support the parish through fund raising activities
- Promote fellowship and social interaction among the members
Article V - Meetings
Membership Meetings
The regular meetings of the Organization are targeted for the fourth Thursday of each month commencing in the month of September and culminating in May of each year. The meetings will commence at 6:30 p.m., with any exceptions being announced, in the St John of Rochester Church lobby, bulletin and/or mailer.
The Organization annual Steak Roast will be held in June of each year;
December will continue to be the annual Christmas party.
All meetings are held in the school cafeteria located in the back of the gymnasium.
Guests are always welcome to any regular SJR Men's Club meeting. All guest meals are free of charge.
