A two-night program facilitated by Bryan R. Harrison*, Ph.D., Psychologist, PC.

In-Home Zoom Sessions
*Bryan is a fellow parishioner and member of the Knights of Columbus. He attends Mass at St. John of Rochester with his wife and three young children.
Program Format:

The night will consist of open discussion /collaborative problem solving with participants offering recommendations for routines that comfort and support well-being with a focus on sleeping, eating, exercising, praying, cleaning -- things we can control that positively impact many aspects of our lives.

Bryan will offer up additional resources to consider for more specific help or deeper learning for those interested.

Keeping with Covid guidelines, participant will attend the meeting via a Zoom** link that will be provided by Fr. Peter, once the sign-ups are complete. Sign-ups will be a first come, first served basis, and a second session will be started if interest demands.
