Prayer Vigil for the Respect of Human Life
Please join us for a prayer-filled candlelight vigil at 7PM, January 22nd in the SJR chapel with Deacon Jim. We will gather to pray, reflect and recommit to building up the culture of life around us. We will have music, readings and intercessory prayer. For those attending the March for Life or active in local efforts, there will be a special blessing.
Wednesday, January 22, the Church in the United States observes the annual “Day of Prayer for the Legal Protection of Unborn Children.” This day is set aside to pray for the legal protection of human life and to do penance for the violations to human dignity through abortion. We are called to observe this day through prayer and penance.
