Viewer’s Guide
TIPS
1. We Recommend That you use, your computer, iPad or cell phone when live streaming.
Using a computer or iPad?
Make sure that sound on your computer/iPad is “on” and that the volume is turned up.
Using a cell phone?
Some of the older cell phones and mobile devices will not allow you to hear the SJR sound on the “Speaker” setting. On these devices, you must plug earphones into your phone in order to hear the sound.
Using a Smart TV?
If you use a smart TV or TV with Roku, you must first download the most recent version of your browser. Otherwise, you may get a security warning or may not be able to connect at all.
* NOTE: Our Tech department is not set up to help facilitate all the different TV scenarios, so it will be up to you to solve any connection issues you may encounter on your TV.

- Make sure you have turned on the sound for your computer. Some computers have multiple places where you can turn on and adjust the sound level.
