Miss Something ?
October 2, 2022—Twenty-Seventh Sunday in Ordinary Time
Habakkuk 1:2-3; 2:2-4
“The rash one has no integrity; but the just one, because of his faith, shall live.”
2 Timothy 1:6-8, 13-14
“...bear your share of hardship for the gospel with the strength that comes from God.”
Jesus and his mother, Mary, along with many other persons in the Bible are servants of God.
Questions for Reflection:
• God assures the despairing Habakkuk that he only needs to wait. Can you identify with the cry of the prophet? Are you able to wait patiently for God’s response to you?
• How comfortable are you with identifying yourself as a disciple of Jesus? A servant of Jesus?
• How do you understand your Christian responsibility toward your neighbor?
Readings for Next Week:
