Miss Something ?
Today, January 22—Third Sunday in Ordinary Time
There is no gloom where but now there was distress.
1 Corinthians 1:10-13, 17
Each of you is saying, “I belong to Paul,” or “I belong to Apollos”...
Jesus went around all of Galilee, teaching, proclaiming the gospel, and curing illness.
Questions for Reflection:
• When have you suffered an insurmountable blow—and then surpassed it? How do you nurture hope?
• Where are the seams in your family or community most painfully felt? How do you provide a reconciling
presence to episodes of division?
• Teaching, healing, and hope remain uniting factors in reclaiming the world for peace. How do you support
these three efforts locally and globally?
